Support
R.O.S.E. provides several levels of support to users of
RODON. A Users Manuual accompanies each RODON installation which takes care of most
customer needs. Further support is provided quickly at any user location through
modern communication means, Fax, E-Mail, direct FTP file transfer and telephone.
In-plant support is available whenever needed.
Training
Several levels of training for RODON managers and users
are available. In-plant classes can be provided or training can be obtained at central
locations in the U.S. and Europe. Short and in-depth courses are available. Basic
and refresher course versions can be provided and a "train-your-trainer"
arrangement can be made.
Consulting
Many customers wish special help in solving some of their
specific technical problems. R.O.S.E. has a staff of highly experienced engineers,
physicists and computer scientists who can handle a broad range of technical tasks.
In addition, R.O.S.E. has access to university research institutes which can provide
deeper support as well as laboratory research. A library of component models is available
that can be quickly applied to many systems. By using the R.O.S.E. Consulting Services,
certain customers can quickly integrate RODON into their culture, solve special problems
and then proceed to optimize their designs and product affordability.
